The old mass housing which belongs to Istanbul 1. District Directorate of the  General Directorate of Foundations, was restored by Bilgili Holding between February and September of 2009  as an employee guesthouse. The building includes a basement floor, ground floor,and 4 floors; it has  513 m2 indoor space with 16 rooms and 32 bed capacity. Foundations guesthouse opened its doors for service in September 11th, 2009.

The project which will be the first and only public clinic is located on a special provincial administration's land in Riva, Beykoz. The facility is built on a 6000 m2 of land with 3 floors and will be providing  24 hour service to the area.  The construction of the facility started in July, 2010. It will be an inspiration for the other clinics with its unique architecture and location.

It is an elementary school with 3600 m2 indoor space and 24 classrooms located in Geriş Altı district of Yalıkavak, Bodrum. The school will be providing the students of the province with an education opportunity which is walking distance from the town center. The school is planned to open in February, 2010.

Suzan ve Abdulhakim Bilgili Halk Eğitim Merkezi Müdürlüğü is a community education center in Kahramanmaraş whose construction started in January 2006. It is built in the name of Mr. Abdulhakim Bilgili and his deceased wife Ms. Suzan Bilgili and given to the Ministry of National Education. The building is 3,641 m² and 3 floors with 12 classrooms, a library, a canteen, a multipurpose room, and 6 display rooms. It will serve as a building which will bring together all the services that Halk Eğitim Merkezi Müdürlüğü used to provide in different buildings under the same roof.
