AKARETLER ROW HOUSES
The second largest restoration project in Europe, Akaretler Row Houses received the London Urban Land Institute (ULI) Award for Excellence in 2009.
TOPKAPI PALACE REGİMENT PAVILION
The Regiment Pavillion was built by Sultan II. Mahmud in 1820 to allow him and his people to watch parades. Restoration of Regiment Pavilion was undertaken by Bilgili Holding and begun in November 2006 and completed in February 2008.
SELANİK (THESSALONİKİ) HOUSE OF ATATÜRK
Bilgili Tourism Real Estate Investments Inc. undertook restitution and restoration projects related to the House of Atatürk in the garden of Tukish Consulate in Selanik under the supervision of the Istanbul Directorate of Monuments.
CORPERA SOHO HOUSE
The first overseas diplomatic property the US Government ever owned, Corpera will be restored and returned to life as the home of the Istanbul branch of the world-renowned Soho House.
AGREEMENT SIGNED FOR THE NEW ISTANBUL MODERN MUSEUM BUILDING
Doğuş Group-Bilgili Holding collaborated with Eczacıbaşı Holding for the newly-designed Istanbul Modern Museum building. As part of the collaboration, Doğuş Group-Bilgili Holding will also be among the main sponsors of the museum. It will occupy a much larger venue than before, and is expected to be completed in 2019.
In the courtyard of the 19th century Palazzo Corpi Building, Cecconi’s is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for dinner, seven days a week. Lunch is served on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. Tables are available indoors or outdoors, set among the garden’s olive trees. Cecconi’s originated in Venice and serves hand-made pasta, seafood, cicchetti and dishes from Northern Italy using the best ingredients. In addition to the original restaurant in Mayfair, London, Cecconi’s has locations in Miami and West Hollywood.
Soho House is a group of private members’ clubs for people working in the creative industries. Following the success of its Houses in London, New York, Berlin, Toronto, West Hollywood, Chicago and Miami, Soho House has opened in İstanbul's historic Palazzo Corpi building. As the first diplomatic U.S. government property abroad, the building has been restored and revived thanks to the world-famous Soho House brand.
