Digital Marketing Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns in line with overall marketing strategies
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Contribute and implement detailed data-driven marketing & sales strategies
Pilot testing, target group selection, customer offering, timing and communication channels, advice on the actual marketing message, estimation of the expected results
Understand the exact Marketing & CRM needs, design the proper solution, and customer-centric marketing strategies
Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximize sales
Brainstorm effective loyalty programs and accompanying marketing collateral Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment
Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our marketing and advertising efforts
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
Oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful sales execution
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies, identify the latest trends technologies affecting our industry. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Knowledge of key business analytics practices.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing, loyalty marketing, lead management or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications (an MBA is a plus)
Experience with CRM marketing campaigns, processes, tactics, and promotions planning and execution
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools for reporting, campaign management, and marketing automation (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot)
Familiarity with a CRM platform’s functionality will be considered a plus
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Knowledge of key business analytics practices
Strong budget management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and discuss business analytics and marketing strategy concepts with senior management
Ηighly numerate with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to adapt to new concepts, technologies & trends
Good interpersonal relationships with members of both senior and middle management.
Ability to manage multiple independent projects with a different group, delivering results within time and budget
Ability to present and analyze ideas verbally and in writing, both in Turkish and in English.
