Jr. Leasing Manager
Responsibilities
- To take an active role in renting residences, office & shops.
· Coordination of the requests of tenants and landlords
· Preparation and update of branch & tenant mix
· Follow up all lease-related contracts and process
· To prepare presentations to be made to various parties
· To analyze market trends & prepare detailed market researches
· To research international & local tenants and bringing them into the portfolio
· To identify the tenant related problems and sharing them with the relevant departments along with the requests and reporting them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Engineering or Business Administration)
· 2+ years of experience in renting A+ residences, offices, shops
· Advanced fluent writing and speaking skills both in English & Turkish is a must
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· A proven track record of positive sales performance
· Effective use of MS Office programs and experience in reporting
· Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for the real estate sector is a priority
· Preferably having a foreign customer portfolio
· Strong human relations, communication and persuasion skills
· Experienced in stress management
· Result oriented
· Prone to teamwork
· No travel restrictions
· Completed military service for male candidates
