Currently seeking for an agile, hard-working, and business-oriented Legal Counsel, to support the legal team.

Responsibilities

Ensuring legal compliance and provision of legal advice as to all matters of the group companies, including day-to-day legal issues as well as important projects
Preparing and follow up of corporate documents and legal counselling on committee/board/general assembly meetings, and all corporate affairs and procedures
Legal support, counsel on and attendance to all business matters, ranging from day-to-day issues to complex or critical relationships and problems,
Review, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of agreements, such as lease, provision of services, nondisclosure, consultancy agreements etc.
Providing legal advice to internal-customers and on all legal aspects including commercial, corporate, property, real estate, labor, as well as data privacy law and compliance matters,
Regular reporting and supervision of legal proceedings and documents,
Legal support and guidance on all other related legal aspects of our group companies, by effective use of English both written and verbal.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, a high GPA is highly preferrable,
Attorney-at-Law, licensed by preferably Istanbul Bar, with a professional company experience of at least 3 years and having actively practiced civil litigation, enforcement proceedings, drafting and negotiating contracts, and having participated in preparing corporate documents,
Very good knowledge and active use of English on the job, proof of proficiency in both written and verbal English will be required,
Team oriented, sense of high responsibility, a strong will to excel in profession
