Vice President - Marketing & Communications
Main Responsibilities
- Creativity
To implement Global marketing communications plan and strategies
To set the Group Company’s marketing strategies with the CEO
To analyze the Group Company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvement areas
To increase the PR and marketing value of the Group
To plan and implement the Group’s marketing plan & strategy
To manage all event activities within the Group
To manage all agent processes and activities
To design, plan & execute effective marketing campaigns
To manage all media planning (tv, social media, cinema, newspaper, magazine, poster, outdoor etc.) processes, press conference & organizations, fair, media relations, press communication and social responsibility projects
To report weekly & monthly to CEO and Board of Directors
To keep the marketing budget in check
To ensure the preparation of all related contracts inline with the legal aspect of the Group
To follow the construction and update processes of all the Group Websites
To manage the trademark registration processes
To determine KPIs for the marketing team
To stay up to date with the latest technology and applications
Qualifications
- Source global agency relations and marketing leads
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience (preferably minimum 5 years of management level)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field and ideally an Masters degree
A proven track record of successfully managing similar projects
Strong managerial skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a competency of decision making
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Deep understanding and results with Google Adwords and analytics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation skills

Effective use of MS Office programs
