One Ortakoy

Besiktas, Istanbul

Located on a hillside in the Ortaköy neighborhood of Istanbul, One Ortaköy was built in 2011 with an iconic design by architect Gökhan Avcıoğlu.

With its unique design and style, One Ortaköy is a symbolic building that has become the center of architectural debate in Istanbul. The project was built to have an innovative and distinctive form defined by the curved façade and the use of natural stone. The organic structure of the building, composed of four circular, interconnected forms, distinguishes it from other metallic buildings.

In addition to its attractive design, One Ortaköy offers residents privileged access to the city center and includes 95 independent residences ranging from 98-325 square meters, social areas, a green roof and a walking track within 2,600 square meters of private land. It also offers a terrace pool with Bosphorus views. One Ortaköy covers a total area of 18,600 square meters.
