Comprised of 195 residences across two blocks plus five commercial areas, the project includes a green area of 15,000 sqft, outdoor pool, social facilities, fitness center, playground for children, tennis court, basketball court, mini golf course and bicycle and running tracks surfacing a total 48,800 sqft of area.
